Set Up Email Forwarding for Campaigns in Office 365

This guide explains how to set up email forwarding for campaign emails in your Office 365 account. By forwarding emails sent from your campaign addresses to inbound@parse.leadjabber.no, you can automatically capture replies within your campaigns.

Important Note: Before configuring email forwarding, you need to enable external forwarding in Office 365 Admin.

Enabling External Forwarding:

  1. Log in to your Office 365 Admin Center.
  2. Navigate to Security > Protection > Outbound Spam Filter.
  3. Under Automatic forwarding, select On.
  4. Click Save.

Setting Up Email Forwarding:

  • Go to the Users > Active users page in the Admin Center.
  • Select the user whose campaign email address you want to forward.
  • Click on the Mail tab.
  • Select Manage email forwarding.
  • Choose Forward all emails sent to this mailbox.
  • Enter the forwarding address: inbound@parse.leadjabber.no
  • Select Keep a copy of forwarded emails (optional, based on your preference).
  • Click Save changes.

Important:

Testing: Test the forwarding functionality thoroughly to ensure emails are forwarded correctly. Answer an email sent as a test from your outreach-campaign and verify that the answer arrives in the LeadJabber Engager and that the contact is removed from the Sequence.

Changes to email forwarding policies in Office 365 may take up to 24 hours to propagate fully.
