When you set up an outreach campaign with LeadJabber, you will, for best possible conversion, use a “main” sequence with follow-up sequences that you can forward the engagement/contact into, based on the different types of responses you normally get in the campaign.
You can read more about how you should set up outreach campaigns in “Best practices and tips for Outreach in LeadJabber”.
If you get a reply in the Engager that you need to forward to a new sequence, there is two different scenarios, depending on if you will forward the same contact or a new contact (if they refer you to someone else in the reply).
To forward the same contact to a new/follow-up sequence, open the reply in Engager and click forward.
Next, you will choose the forwarding sequence you wish to forward to, for example a “I’m the person you want” sequence.
Then, you must choose the contact. If it’s the same contact as in the engagement, check the option below the name field that says “Same as origin: Contact Name (contact@email.com)”.
Below this option, you must choose if you want to schedule the email in the forwarding sequence (for example if the contact wants you to contact them in 2 months time and you use a “Contact me later” sequence), or if you want to send the reply straight away by checking the “Activate instantly” checkbox.
Lastly, if you have turned on for allowing customization options for the email in the Sequence Builder (as you should in most cases), you can now edit the reply in the template to fit the content of the reply before sending,
When you are ready to send, click “Send” to finish forwarding the Engagement. You will be propted if you want to add a log item for the forwarding action, which is automatically filled out (you can edit this if you want).
If you are referred to another person in the reply, and you need to forward a new contact to a follow-up sequence, open the reply in Engager and click forward.
Next, you will choose the forwarding sequence you wish to forward to, for example a “Referred” sequence, and the contact field will be available. Click “New…”, and you will first be prompted to choose an email from the content of the reply (if found) or to add an email address manually, the first name and last name. When you click “Continue” you will go to the “New Contact” window to fill out the rest of the new contact information.
When you are finished, click “Save”, and your new contact will be added and selected as the recipient of the email in the forwarding sequence.
Below this option, you must choose if you want to schedule the email in the forwarding sequence (for example if the contact wants you to contact them in 2 months time and you use a “Contact me later” sequence), or if you want to send the reply straight away by checking the “Activate instantly” checkbox.
